In the middle of working on stuff and had to stop and share 

I love this shot!
I feel this captures the atmosphere and look of an Egyptian tomb interior perfectly

(the yellow natural light I placed there to reveal more of the area but ..maybe I leave it?)

I'd say leave it... or maybe place a small lamp there? It really adds to the atmosphere.

Leave it, it gives the feeling of realism and nice contrast

I'd suggest adding a lamp hanging from the ceiling, but I don't think there are any in Titan Quest(or they might be, I can't recall now) and besides it won't fit really well.
You could add glowing signs on the ground(like those in Act 4).
They could be hieroglyphics.If that's not possible, than just leave it as it is.
