UI problem when opening caravans

Ever since switching from TQIT to TQAE, my caravan screen has looked like this:https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3740294666
I have not been able to find anyone else with the same problem and have no idea how to fix it. Reinstalling doesn't fix it. Verifying game files doesn't fix it.
I'm running the steam version, as the screenshot implies.

Does anyone here have a clue?

Weird.  Are you using any mods?

The screenshot was taken without any mods. Though it doesn't change if I do use any.
My best guess is that it tries to use the old TQIT UI instead of the new one, as that one was that small. Why it would do so, I'm clueless on.

Verify the game files and make sure all your drivers are up to date.

If that doesn't help then try uninstalling and re-installing the game.

I think I finally managed to fix it.
While I had tried the re-installing before, this time I took the time to delete anything that seemed related to TQ that remained.
Fresh install looks as it should now.
