This is so dumb. Quick recovery only reaches 81% recovery rate at +4 (was 90% pre-AE) so you are forced to use turtle shelled regular shield or Ancile. Not that it matters since even at 90% recovery synced machae/dragonians will instakill you when not at 80% resists. Also boss breath attacks need a single bypass to apply a massive damage over time on you, 100% recovery allowed you to block those attacks and actually feel like a tank, now this mastery is dumb.
And don't get me started on using this in xMax , blocking is a joke. What were they thinking "balancing" this?
