I farmed for kthonian spike in act 4 for a while, got like 4 or 5 of them and they all just have the main stats like this https://www.tq-db.net/equipment/khthonion-spike-legendary Many others MI that dropped seem to have only 2 to 3 stats. So I have been wondering if it's how MIs work in AE or much more grinding is required
Thanks man, that's way more detailed than I expected. Just 1 last question about monster infrequent, all the monster infrequents i got so far doesnt seem to have any suffix or prefix (currently in act 5 legendary), is it how MI is in AE or the rate for those MI are just really low?

Thanks for such a fast reply. So the stats to aim for should be CDR, ECR,cold damage and a bit of cast speed, right? BTW is there any good legendary or Monster infrequent for a druid?
