My question is:
In this quest, if I use the equipment for example: (Conqueror's Plate) to update the attributes. If I do this on Normal, Epic or Legendary difficulty if the attributes vary being smaller values on lower difficulties compared to Legendary or does it make no difference to the three difficulties?
