How to Kill a Goddess in 3 Steps – Pre-Orders for Titan Quest II Start Today

Olympus has a problem. Nemesis, the Goddess of Retribution, wants nothing less than to bring back the Titan Kronos and shatter the order of the world. And Zeus, lord of Olympus? He’s busy pretending it’s someone else’s job. Which means it’s up to a mortal to put a stop to it.

You.

Now, taking down a goddess takes some preparation, and it all starts today with pre-orders for Titan Quest II on PlayStation®5 and Xbox Series X.

Check out the Pre-order trailer here:

Step 1: Answer the call
Every proper hero’s journey begins with a prophecy, and yours is refreshingly simple: pre-order Titan Quest II. Both editions come with a little divine head start: 96 hours of advance access, meaning your journey begins as early as January 15th, 2027, plus the Cosmic Turtle Companion as a pre-order bonus (slow and steady wins the race, as Aesop already knew).
Titan Quest II Standard Edition – $59.99 / €59.99: Includes the Cosmic Turtle Companion and 96 hours of advance access. Players who own the original Titan Quest digitally on Xbox or PlayStation also receive a 10% loyalty discount.
Titan Quest II Ultimate Edition – $79.99 / €79.99: Includes the Cosmic Turtle Companion and 96 hours of advance access, plus the original Titan Quest and its expansions Ragnarök and Atlantis. Best of all: the original and its expansions are playable immediately upon pre-order.

Step 2: Keep an eye on your enemy
You should always keep your friends close, and in co-op multiplayer you can do exactly that. Your enemies, however, belong even closer. That’s why the centerpiece of the Titan Quest II Collector’s Edition is Nemesis herself, watching your every move from your shelf or desk (don’t worry, she’s much less trouble in statue form):

Titan Quest II (PC, PlayStation®5 or Xbox Series X)
Nemesis statue (29 cm / 11.5" wide)
Greek Warrior banner (80 cm / 31.5" high)
62-page hardcover artbook
Soundtrack on CD
Collector’s box
Cosmic Turtle Companion (digital)
The game Titan Quest II

A Special Message to Our PC Players

First of all, we are eternally grateful to everyone who jumped into Early Access with us. Secondly, there are two things we’d like to point out:
Since you can already play the game in Early Access, there is no pre-order on PC. Rest assured, though, PC players won’t have to roam ancient Greece without a companion. Expect more details soon.
On November 6th, the Early Access price on PC will rise to $39.99 / €39.99, and the 1.0 version will cost $49.99 / €49.99. So the best time to get the game for less is now.

Titan Quest II is being developed by Grimlore Games and published by THQ Nordic. The game is currently available in Early Access on Steam and launches on January 19th, 2027 for PC, PlayStation®5 and Xbox Series X|S.

Also update coming.

Titan Quest II - Early Access Feature Update Hero Monsters and Buff Shrines

Build Version: 0.7.1-public.144378+win.3193

Heroes!

Today we launch the first of two Minor Updates leading up to our 1.0 Release.

Before we jump into the changes and additions for the update, we wanted to mention one thing:

There seemed to be some confusion after our "Road to 1.0" post that we wanted to shed some light on. Some of you feared that work would stop after the 1.0. We just wanted to reassure you that this is not the case. We will keep developing and supporting the game after it launches into 1.0 and expand it with future updates.

Now, let's hop right into the new stuff!

Added Ability Slots
In a previous update we removed 2 ability slots and added the Sustained Ability UI. This has been a very controversial change and we have decided to roll it back based on your feedback. With this update we are adding in 2 ability slots again. Please note that this might prompt a reset of certain keybindings, so it is worth taking a look at your custom bindings again. You should see a popup when starting the game if that's the case for you. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Hero Monsters
With this update we add a first set of Hero Monsters to the game. In Titan Quest II, Hero Monsters are powerful creatures from various factions. They have a unique set of abilities and offer a bigger challenge than many others in their factions. Hero Monsters can randomly spawn throughout the world in areas where their factions exist. Every Hero has a high chance to drop Relic fragments of the Chapter you encounter them in, so hunting them down will allow you to complete your Relics more efficiently.

Buff Shrines
Another ARPG staple finally finds its way into Titan Quest II. These shrines are now placed throughout the world. The effects they offer are randomized when you load the world, so, like the Hero Monsters, they add variety. These shrines will give you powerful temporary buffs like increased Experience, Defenses, Power or Speed.

There have also been several additional tweaks and fixes , which you can read about here:
