 im happy to see the things working well

if you still need a new name for Egyptian Bandits, i suggest "Khopesh Robbers"

i have some suggestion while i was playing, not much, just minor things,

-Draconian and lamias ~ravagers , turn to champions, since the addrenaline buff they are no joke, also they could have some shield smash attacks.

-Draconians could have some roar skill.

-tropical spiders could have a ranged spit attack

-magna bettles could cast meteors

-Shadow stalkers in temple of Marduk can be more toughter and deadly

-Eurynomus in temple of Marduk could cast blood pools when killed

-Rime sprite can be champions, when killed they freeze you,

-  Corpulent Djinn( the gree ones) can be champions, more lighting based.

-Ascacophus can be champion, also can cast heart of oak, and big stomp stun.

-monsters captains could have more buff diversity instead of same old Trance of Convalescence (?), they could try cast batle of awareness our heart of oak our Rune of life.

-The Neanderthal proxies found inside of cave in mongolian plateau ( they dont belong in there) , could be changed to ratman our gaia sprites

I've actually never played an ice shard character before myself.
of the active members of this forum, i possibly have the most experience with ice shards  ;D   .. so in the far chance that this might be of help, on how you change the skills....

edit: i don't play melees.. i play casters

in vanilla ice shard, energy cost reduction helps way more than %damage.. a popular early game item is oracle set because of energy cost reduction and flat energy regen.. later on, golden fleece and/or seal of the high priest are good options.. I've also seen staff of the cosmos on some ice shard builds particularly druids.. but i don't like staves because: added survivability helps way more than %damage because ice shard is strongest when you are in melee range

ice shard is good against everything except frost jotuns.. very good in muspelheim and also against surtr

edit: and yeah, persephone's caress is a popular weapon for ice sharders.. but i don't see it necessary

so if you'll do some changes, that's some info i know

Well, what's your favorite class for Ice Shard? It would be trivial to add mana cost reduction to the crafted armor set bonus of like palading or whatever.

my rune + storm icesharder but only because it looks so cool especially with dual wield axe  8)

but paladin and druid are right up there.. nature is easy choice because of energy cost reduction: tranquility of water and sanctuary.. permanent briar ward.. paladin, a weightless green armor socketed with golden fleece.. because weightless affix stacks with armor handling so less strength required to equip shields

I've also seen double persephones caress warfare + storm.. permanent battle standard for survivability and energy cost reduction.. I've never tried that though

Okay, I made them champions.

Created a new type of tropical widow with a greenish yellow color that has a ranged controller and the arachnos poison bolt skill.

Good idea, done.

Made a new dark red color and gave them a chance to do bleed damage called them Blood Drinkers.

ha ha, I know right? That purplish aura doesn't really give you any clue as to what that spell is doing. It's actually a speed increase aura which Zombies and Satyr brutes really need. 

So I created a new particle effect with swirling rotating streaks so it looks like it makes you go faster.
I also made it into a toggled self-buff instead of a party buff so I could increase their speed without making all the surrounding skellies and satyrs into whirlwinds as well. Also added a chance to dodge attacks and projectiles too.

 i was wondering, how the empusas bosses can be improved. By bosses i mean:

-Proseia, the deamon captain
-Thyia of the Stygian Frosts
-Canace the Serpent Queen
-Metriche
-The Night Mistress

Right now they are "big hp sponge bars" that gives you no challange and seeing 4x of then a part of a buffed Hades treasure chests , they need to show some of their power

I was thinking, some concepts ideias

For:
Proseia, the deamon captain, could be
-Remove that big aoe mana burn, doesnt fit at her title.
-she could summon daemon troops
-cast rally to support her allies
-cast soul meteor ( do vitality dmg)
-also there could be few siege striders around Paseron broken gates

Thyia of the Stygian Frosts
-squall
-spell breaker
-storm nimbus buff
-Energy shield ( protects from cold/lighting and some physical dmg)
-Summons frost sprites

Canace the Serpent Queen
-Heart of oak buff
-poison clouds/bombs
-plague
-summon snakes our gorgons
-cast heal on her allies

Metriche
-eruption
-molten orb
-Heat shield ( protects agaisnt fire and some physical dmg)
-earth Enchantment buff
-summon magna sprites

The Night Mistress
- reducing the size and dmg of big aoe mana burn
-cast mind control on your pets
-summon nightstalkers our lost souls
-life leech attacks
-uses termion skill

There are some relics and charms that  need some improvements , making then more viable during the late game and fit in various bluids. i did not check the act 5 relics and charms, that will be for another day

Some addictions i made for then ( can be changed and adjusted)

Charms

Tortured soul- (new bonus) less dmg against demons and protection versus life leech               
Disead Plumage- (addition) % of poison retaliation                           
Mechanical Parts-(remove the bonus speed)  Less dmg against constructs and devices
Bat Fang-(addition) Mana leech over 3 secs
Fury Heartblood- (addition) Vitality dmg over time and small % to mind control the target
Peng claw- (addition) % chance of confusion the target and % of slower the attacker
Lupine claw- (addition) % of bleeding dmg
Rigid carapace- (addtion) defense ability   and  chance of reflecting dmg


Relics

Hermes Scandal-(addition) % of evasion attacks
Golden fence-(addition)  small recharge bonus
Heracles Might-(addition) % of Strenght
Jade Emperor of Serenity-(addition) flat lighting retaliation
Code of Hammubari-(addition) mana recovery and litle extra mana
Djeb of Osiris-(addition) less dmg against undead, hp leech resistance
Li-Nezha Guile-(addition) % of dexterity
Cunning of Odysseus-(addition) mana recovery and elemental bonus dmg

Went through all the relics and charms you mentioned sauruz and made changes to many of them.

Went through the ragnarok amulets and rings and added petbonuses where needed. Also changed some of the stats and skill bonuses on them as well.

I was pleasantly surprised by the skill  in the legendary ring "Andvaranaut". It was very much like the skill I made for the Davy Jones amulet in v1.1 where it spawns invisible monsters that drop gold. I giggled and clapped my hands :)

So I went through the invisible monster file for the skill and added the loot tables for the golden chests in act 5 legendary with a 1 in two thousand chance to drop an item as well. :D

Added another cave in act 1 after the gorgon caves area before the Monster trapped quest there by the rebirth fountain with a pale ichthian boss.

Buffed up Odin and his posse with more skills and additional hp.

Created a new animation and particle effect for King Mushroom breath attack.

Added Caravan to Glauberg.

Restored generic tomb I found in the map files that was supposed to be in the graveyard below haunted forest village by the poisoned spring quest. Nothing fancy, just a bunch of undead. There's already the tomb with the Zombie boss and the poisoned spring cave, but what the heck, why not?

A note: I've always hated how mana leech is shown as a damage in the character sheet. It's confusing, because its not real damage. Maybe make it % to deal X mana leech over 3s.

I am not sure what you mean about mana leech yet, I will look again at my character's character sheet when I play next time.

The Pharaohs Honor Guard statues are all the same, so I fixed that. In normal, they are exactly like they were in vanilla except for a little buffing and a shower of rocks from the ceiling and stomp skill I already added.

BUT in epic and legendary, one is vitality damage based, one is fire damage based, one is cold damage based and one is lightning damage based.

Could have done a poison version, but there's enough poison later.

Back to it and while delving into the Great Pyramid a seemingly insignificant bonepile spawned Thanatos the Reaper!  This time Sekhmet and her minions were stronger and we defeated him.  This is what he dropped -

Nice! I've only ever spawned one of these easter egg bosses and I couldn't defeat them lol

I was inspired so I made a new one for act 3, a spectral bat that constantly spams that stun attack radius AND the fury matriarch conversion wave if you are our of range of that. Also stun retaliation.

Drops a helmet with 80% stun, sleep, convert, confuse and petrify resist along with good Life Leech and %ADCtH and plus to all skills.

Some ideas for act 5, making it more interesting

Well, having act 1 charms dropping in late game act, its not good and kinda pointless, i tried to make some with some fun add ups

New charms
Harpy nail –  “a ugly foot from a beautifull woman” (armband)
                 -boost Pierce dmg and % to leech hp

Crow beak- “ pointed and shap beak from a crazied bird” ( amulet)
                  - resistance to confusion and gives a % to cause fear in hit

Rat tail – “ a big tail from a stinky mouse” ( rings)
               -% poison dmg and poison resistance

Insect mandible- “ the bug may be dead, but not his strengh” ( amulet)
                            - boost physical dmg
                            -defense ability

Eagle eye- “ a eye from majestic eagle full with valor” ( bows)
                    -bleeding dmg
                    -% to Pierce the attacks on targets

Matron tusk- " a tusk from a brute boar" ( all armor)
                    -defense ability
                    -pierce resistance

Monster changes
Mad crows can have % to strike fear in attacks

Triton~sea lord uses rally abilie to early, should have better timing

Spriggans when killed instead of spawns springglings all the time,  could cast  poison bombs our another abilitie

Cave bats in deep forest, could be replaced by vampires ( bats with huge life and mana leech, can provoke skill disruption)

Forest creeps can be champs

Nerthus shamans, replacing the static nimbus buff into a bleeding our poison buff attacks

Frozen corpses champions, when killed , replacing the poison cloud into a cold frost burn cloud

trolls mages can have a hp recovery aura to help his allies

trolls wolfraiders can have % to appear with the other trolls

Quest adjustments
-“whine from rhine” could have a robber hero guarding the stolen whine, Wallace the drunkaholic , his attacks  causes sleep/confusion effects
