I'm pretty sure Rogue's Trance of Wrath reduces poison resistance. It says flatly: "reduced enemy resistances" so one would assume poison is included in that.

Rogue's Trance of Wrath?  Dream's Trance of Wrath.

You could do, don't think it would hurt.

Yes, it is, but it can still be viable depending on what may or may not have been changed.  Wisp is taken for its synergy since Eye of the Storm helps to protect you.  And I guess you're going to have to have some elemental damage using Storm as one of your masteries.

See the physical bow Sage here in Irma2's compendium

I would guess they can be built either way: phyiscal or elemental depending on what you take.  Even with Storm it can be done.

Nope, don't understand it at all Icy, sorry.   :(

No, not if you start with Hunting.  You can unlock Marksmanship at L3.

Level 12?  I can start using it at L3 and max it by L6.  Not that I do max the base skill straight off; I climb Hunting more to unlock Puncture Shot, Scatter Shot and Volley.  What are you doing that you only take it at L12 icefreeze?

That I can't tell you.  Haruspex used to be OP as did Diviner, but both were nerfed.

1.  The choice is yours.  Yes, swords are faster, but they do less damage than heavier weapons.
2.  You can do that or get TQVault, a tool for infinite storage of your items.  Put them in there (when not playing the game) and then take them out again for another character when you need to.
3.  Again you can to do that or use the Vault for storage.
4.  By learning how the game works.
5.  Again this depends on the character type you're playing.  Casters rarely need strength or may get what they need from Dream/Runemaster masteries if you're using those.  For melee I always go 1/1, but you can vary that as you need.
6.  Again, by learning the game.
7.  Rush them or use a spell like Squall to make them miss hitting you.
8.  No idea what those are.
9.  An endless dungeon I think, never played it as it's not something I enjoy.
10.  I usually do it once I reach Rhodes, but you could also do it after you kill Hades or even when you finish Ragnarok.  The choice is yours.
11.  I just play through the game.

Well, for me any class that has Hunting is a bow user first and other weapons are second so can't really help if spear is the way to go or not.

Haruspex was very strong in TQIT, I don't know how it plays in the AE version and with the expansions, but it should still be pretty good.

All I can suggest is trying both the Haruspex and the Druid and see which you enjoy most.

You can play around with build ideas using an updated version of Stonedonkey's for the AE version of the game and the expansions.  If you don't have Atlantis then the level limit is still 32 for the mastery bars.

Question is what type of character do you like to play?  Melee, ranged, caster?

Well, you're not going to be able to max all the skills.  And you don't even need a point in each of them either.  Plus more Dex helps your DA which helps you survive.  Iirc this is what my old Conqueror back when I played the disc version looked like.

I don't like having a lot of skills I have to keep pushing buttons for and it's probably not the best build out there.  I got to the end of the game with it though albeit with 60+ deaths, but it was my first toon more or less and I was learning the game at the time.

Well, evidently the company that made the mobile version is working on porting the expansions to it but how long that's going to take is anyone's guess.

If I have Ternion I put it on the LMB on the second weapon swap and simply change over if I feel I need it.
