Hey guys.
im running TQ on an older system and i want to use the legacy dx9 version for better performance.
the problem im having in the dx9 legacy edition is that the windows mouse point stays on screen behind/next to the in-game cursor and follows the game cursor around

iv tried
updating graphics/mouse drivers
running game in compatibility modes
disabling/enabling full screen optimizations
alt+tab in and out of game

if i remember correctly there was a patch or config file from many years back for this same problem but i cant find it anywhere online

does anyone have any solutions ?
