Don't know efko, but I assume you'd need stonedonkey's permission as it's based on the original TitanCalc.

Someone with skills should be able to create similar tool, so maybe we won't need to search for permissions. Also someone have to find that guy if we will need it..

He's easy enough to find, there's a link to his website on TitanCalc.  I've sent him a few messages over the years via that.
