i want to use a spear or either axe or sword,i was thinking for secondary profession either dream, warfare, hunter, depending on which one would boost the nymph dmg the most and while also letting me kill stuff.Im only using AE right now i will probably have the other extension once a sale come up
is there also a mods that buff them or completely rework the nymph tree, i feel like it require way to many skill point to be viable.

Well, the only things that will boost pet damage is items with Bonus to Pets on them and that's jewellery and staves. I'd say Hunting might be best because you can also be ranged with a bow; yes, I know you said you wanted a melee weapon, but the thing is the Nymph will stay fairly close to you even on Aggressive stance so she's going to be in the middle of any melee fight you have and probably get killed pretty easily.
And no, there's no mod I know of that reworks Nympth.

First of all, it depends on what you expect from a nymph. If you want her to deal mainly with support. This is the best mastery that will provide skills useful for a frontline warrior. Here again, dream mastery is the best solution. Psionic touch, Phantom attack, various trances make them invaluable. If you don't want sleep you can try war and neidan. However, in my opinion, dream is incomparably better. It is worth mentioning our friend Nightmare, which will additionally strengthen the nymph. If you want your nymph to have more tasks, the Rogue Mastery will work best. However, if you would rather have your summons engage in combat, then the earth mastery is best, because the Core Dweller will work perfectly as a frontline warrior, which will be very useful to the nymph as she is an archer.

i plan on using shield and melee weapon on myself and i was thinking about running the spear that summon another nymph,i believe the best secondary is dream to buff the nymph , im not sure if call of the hunt for hunting mastery apply to the pet and since i dont plan on using bow i will just gimp myself.
what about rogue as secondary does the nymph summon benefit from anything
anything i should change https://www.tqcalc.com/TitanCalcd6f4d6f4d6f4.html?mastery=Ritualist&master1=4&master2=9&sa=0&m1=32-1-0-12-1-0-8-0-0-8-1-1-0-16-6-0-12-8-1-0-12-0-0-0-0&m2=32-0-12-0-0-8-12-6-16-8-8-0-12-8-0-0-6-0-0-8-0-0-0-0-0

Nothing in Rogue to benefit pets much.
I changed your link a bit. Max Overgrowth and Refresh, drop Regrowth line and Tranquility of Water, as one pointers they're not worth it.

is regrowth worth it ,then again i dont see a better skill to spent point on ,maybe the last dream skill that cast a image of yourself
-
Never used the Dream image thing so can't say one way or the other.
-
does call of the hunt work on pet
-
No idea, never used it due to the long cooldown, but if you have Nature then using Refresh will shorten that cooldown time.

The loot+/etc mod in nexusmods reworks the nymph ai but also buffs all her Upgrades a little bit (last Upgrade is only ai buff), especially added pierce damage on nature's wrath is probably really strong.
