What are good mods that aren't super hard but also aren't super easy
ps: said mods also must have a download link

Depends on what you're looking for.  Xmax mods can allow you to increase mobs/hero spawns from x2 up to x10 if you want.  Other mods can change masteries.  Most are available on Steam workshop.
