Does anybody know where the low-health heartbeat sfx threshhold or trigger is specified?
I would like the warning to start earlier...
-
That's an odd one indeed, it's under Character Sounds tab, lowHealthTriggerLevel variable.
Btw I had to look it up, there's an updated official modding guide that's very helpful. You can find it under ...Titan Quest Anniversary Edition\Toolset\guide. Preferably on 2.10 Beta game version, it contains more info than on 2.9.
Amongst other things it goes in detail about monster settings.

Much obliged!
I have many modding guides, everything I could find online, but they're all outdated.
For me, the guide you refer to is unusable, navigation-wise that is. I have to manually click every html file. I find the PDF ones easiest to read and search.

Oh yeah I should mention you should start with _index.md.html
It contains all of the other files in a neat format.

I did, but on my computer the links don't work :(
BTW, how would you interpret the next option in that dbr: lowhealthresetlevel... resetting what? and it's earlier (at 35%) than the trigger level (at 25%)... ???

I would strongly suggest you start a general topic for the "mod" you're trying to make, and then ask ALL of your future questions there, instead of spamming new topics for every little question you have... It gets rather annoying, and you're watering down the forum with content that 99% of the people here don't care about.

I have a different opinion about the function of a forum (look up the historical meaning of that word and you'll get the picture).
I also disagree that the information is of no general use. Any and every information posted here contributes to the repository of knowledge that may be of use to future visitors. That's precisely why I like forums and not so much sites like discord. Forums may be slower and not instant, but they function as a database of sorts and are easily searchable. I prefer that.
Please be aware that you only speak for yourself. You have a right to your own personal opinions, of course, but they are just that: personal opinions. I don't know on what your percentage data is based, but I doubt it is real. And keep in mind that you are not a representative for this forum (as far as I know). My presence here may be annoying to you, which I regret, but I believe it to be constructive in general.

Since the questions are general ones, I can't see that they necessarily need to all be under one thread. If you're not interested in the thread topic then simply ignore it/don't reply.

I understand now: if the health regenerates to 35% (in this example) then the low health state is ended.
In case anyone else was wondering.
