Title: Items that don't drop

 Normally everything equipped drops when an enemy dies. I've noticed that sometimes weapons don't drop

So this troll is taking that Mjolnir(?) with him in the afterlife  :))

Is this a common issue?

Its a visual issue from the current patch 2.9, sometimes monsters seens to carry two differnt kind of weapons.

Monsters and city guards.

Yes, it's a bug and the devs are aware of it.  Hopefully it'll get fixed in a patch further down the line.
