Title: Annoying UI sounds deleted - changed Sound.arc

Here's changed Sound.arc for those who'd like a more quiet experience
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Titan Quest Anniversary Edition\Audio\Sound.arc

I deleted those UI sounds that I find unpleasant/aggressive/artificial. For example
- all the swooshes (i.e. the one played when showing the map / changing menu)
- click of the skills from hotbar
- even the Start sound
