Hey all. I played this back when it came out before the expansion and just picked it up on PS4. I want to play a spear build and can’t decide between Warden or Haruspex. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

just curious, is the game ok now on ps4? bugs and crashes fixed?
and uhhh i don't see how dream is better than defense.. for melee chars at least
edit: ah maybe for a hybrid melee, dream can beat defense.. like when paired with spirit.. full hybrid diviner

So far I’ve only seen some minor graphic issues that sort themselves out, such as an enemy not having its color for a second and the game correcting itself. Other than that it’s ran well. I started a Warden as that was the class I originally played but I started second guessing myself after reading some of the older guides that Haruspex could be another option. I’m still in the first act so I wanted to hear more experienced players’ opinion before I got to much farther in the game. I’ll post on the forums if I run into any game breaking issues with this version. Excited to replay this and experience the first expansion I never got to play!

that was because haruspex used to give very high DA.. but since AE, premonition and battle awareness has been reworked.. battle awareness now gives more DA than premonition
CtaP is the one advantage of dream over defense but i still think defense is more survivable than dream with maxed colossus form and maxed shield block chance
batter is an LMB skill and the shield attacks are very good
