If you want to play with the texture you need only to have 2x things.

ARC explorer to extract Melinoe texture

Then Texture Viewer to open the texture so you can edit it

Both programs are here in the foruns

For addon version with vanilla mesh/textures you can do without ArtManager. But you'll need some other programs, like MeshView, ARZExplorer, and probably AnimationComposer.
1. Extract Creatures.arc from Xpack folder with ARZ Explorer.
2. Browse to the folder with the melinoe mesh and rename it to femalepc01.msh. Then rename the melinoe texture to femalepc01_white.tex and the bump to femalepc01_whitebmp.tex.
3. Create the following directory in your Database folder - "Creatures/pc/female" and put the renamed mesh and textures there.
4. Launch the game to check how it works.

I assume there will be problems with animations and armor attachments. The easiest way to fix attached armors is to make them invisible with MeshView. Check the MeshView tutorial above, its explained how to do it there.
Fixing animations is not hard, but can be time consuming. Let me know if you have problems with those and i can tell you how to do it.
