Indeed, but this is intended to be the new dedicated Titan Quest forums and should have all related resources available here, whereas KP seems to cater to many other games and isn't TQ exclusive.  Also, it's good to have content in more than one place for backup purposes  ;)

Yes of course. KP and TQ forums are sister sites so sharing and backing up is great. Though for some large files, to download from KP could be convenient, because download speeds are very high.
