Title: Invisible stuff and gray textures on models in Editor.
Post by: Typhon on 08 January 2018, 13:45:40
I bought Ragnarok not too long ago and was playing through it and wanted to check out some things in the editor but everything under Ragnarok is either gray or invisible.

Yeah, I have this issue as well in Editor.

It looks like an issue with Shaders so I tried extracting the shaders into working/source and working/source/xpack2 and no go.

I tried extracting the shaders into steamapps/common/tq/resources and IT and xpack2 and no go.

Tried extracting the shaders to Database/Shaders and Database/XPack2/Shaders and no go in any version

I even tried extracting them to the THQ directories and no go.

I'm stumped.

Never noticed anyone commented on this. I sent an email through to THQNordic but haven't received a reply (it was sometime last year)

Yeah, I noticed today that the blue and yellow checker default texture has been replaced with a monochrome beige.

Could be the viewer isn't reading textures or the paths are wonky.

Not so sure if it was the update that Steam downloaded recently but it all seems to be working now.
