- I think the latest one is good, but it's not close to Hecate in Mythology if you want to make it that way. The current one you make have hair and cloth in dark colors and cover large amount of body, so she looks quite "ordinary". You can mix some detail with bright color to her hair, cloth, or reduced the size of cloth as you did with the latest one you posted screenshot so her light skin will make the model looks more balanced, and need to added some detail on cloth too.
- I would like to waited you released it as add-on mod :D

* The purpose of this video is to show you how to removed the "immune" to some dmg types of some monster types Undead-Ghost and Construct-Device. In general, almost Undead (yes, except the Undead Hound i mentioned, showed in the video doesn't has 1000% resistances to Life Leech or Bleeding like the rest) and Ghost, Construct, Device have passive skill that give those monsters have 1000% resistance to Life Leech, Bleeding (for Ghost, Construct and Device, they have 1000% Poison resistance too), and they have their own resistances too. So in normal screnario, you can't reduced these 1000% resistances to those dmg types mentioned, but thanks to Liche King's Soul Blight and  Spirit Bane (Spirit Ward) skills, i was figured out how to remove that annoying 1000% resistances.
- The "+X% dmg to monster type" effect works with the "Y% reduced resistances for Z second(s)" too. So for the two Death's WIng throw weapon that i using in the video, one has 20% and the other has 23% reduced resistances in 3 seconds, will multiplied with the "+X% dmg to Undead" source i got from relic/charms that i added in gears. My character equip 2 rings, each added 1 Legendary and 1 Epic Torture Soul charms, each with bonus completion that give +50% dmg to Undead; an amulet added 1 Legendary + 1 Epic Torture Soul, each with bonus completion that give +50% dmg to Undead; the helm armor that added 1 Legendary + 1 Epic Troll's Tusks charms, both with completion bonus that give +50% dmg to Undead. From all these gears, character has total +400% dmg to undead (or 500%), meaning when you dealing dmg or X%reduced resistances to Undead, the effect will be x5. With Death's Wing that has 20% reduced resistances for 3 seconds, if you hits Undead (Ghost too, because they are always showed as Undead-Ghost) enemies correctly (so the reduced resistances effect can applied to enemies), you can reduced all resistances of enemies to zero, meaning you can bleeding, poisoning, life leeching those enemies.
- If "Y% reduced resistances for Z second(s)" with the bonus of +% dmg types to enemies over 100%, it still works. As you can see in the video when i testing with the life leech on Yang swords after applied 100% resistances (by Death's Wing that has 20% RR, mean 100%RR with effect of +400% dmg to Undead) and 115% resistances (by Death's Wing that has 23% RR, mean 115%RR with effect of +400% dmg to Undead).
- The "Y% reduced resistances for Z second(s)" from character skills like Trance of Wrath (Dream) or Obscured Visibility (Squall - Storm) dont' stacked don't stacked up effect like "Y% reduced resistances for Z second(s)" on gears, but the same effect on Liche King's skill (Soul Blast) works (I don't tested with Nightmare pet yet, but it maybe works too, since it similar to Liche King).

I have successfully removed everything for my NO HUD MOD except for the map rendering in the compass area (right upper screen corner)...
You want to disable all HUD, even button skills?

My question is:
In this quest, if I use the equipment for example: (Conqueror's Plate) to update the attributes. If I do this on Normal, Epic or Legendary difficulty if the attributes vary being smaller values ​​on lower difficulties compared to Legendary or does it make no difference to the three difficulties?
- Higher difficulties, better upgraded affixes you can get (ofcourse higher affixes level give better effect).
- And only some affixes available at higher difficulties.

- Strength only boost Physical dmg, not Physical resistance.
- Earth has Heatshield that give you 15%physical dmg res in duration (100 seconds, iirc), and the recharge time of the skill is only 60s, so even without recharge gears, you can using Heath shield all the time in almost cases.
- You can give your character massive survival abilities with tanky gears build, even that characters don't have good defense method from masteries' skills. For Earth, you can become "immortals" in duration of Stone Form activated, that's why i made my character using gears has reflect dmg effect to using benefit from that skill.

Ofcourse it's viable. You just need to build it well enough to make it works well.
- Spirit give you decent defense method with Ravage of Time (Deathchill Aura), so as long as you stay close to enemies, your survival ability is stable, but even from afar, you character still can be good at survival just by using Ternion Attacks. If you want to build hybrid character, so your character can using Staff of the Covenant as it deal physical dmg. Both Earth and Spirit give you quite good bonus %physical dmg, so even as a hybrid character, your Ternion Attack with Staff of the Covenant is good enough.

1.  The 39-46 cold damage or 24-73 lightning damage is the damage I do on a basic attack using the staff, correct?  And this damage scales based on...what things?  Intelligence?  Any % increased elemental damage on gear, etc.?

2.  The modifiers like +18% cold damage or +14% lightning damage would impact my skills like Lightning Bolt?  What else do they impact?  Pet damage?

3.  Do the flat modifiers like 7-25 Lightning damage or 14 lightning damage also increase the damage of skills like Lightning Bolt?  Is that flat damage scaled at all by increased intelligence?

4.  Unrelated to the items, but if I want to maximize damage on a build using Lightning Bolt, Plague, and Squall (to a lesser degree), I should try and get as much +% or flat lightning and poison damage as possible?  Hard for me to tell sometimes if getting flat or +% INT on gear is better than flat or +% increased lightning damage is superior since the DPS tool is so inaccurate.

5.  Lastly, the Archon Staff of Lightning seemed worse off compared to the Staff of Rime.  I turned on damage numbers in the settings and cast lightning bolt on the same group of enemies several times, and it seemed the Staff of Lightning was worse damage on average, which didn't make sense because it has +% lightning damage which is what Lightning Bolt scales off of.  The +% cold damage on the other staff shouldn't play into the damage from Lightning Bolt at all, correct?  I'm wondering why it seemed superior.
1- You just asking without read previous post in this thread?
2- Yes, it will impact to any character's Cold/Frost Burn or Lightning/Electrical Burn Dmg sources (not retaliation/reflect Cold/Frost Burn or retaliation Lightning/Electrical Burn Dmg), not pet's.
3- No, flat dmg on weapon just works for weapon attacks, not skills that don't using weapon attack like LIghtning Bolts.
 - Yes, it will scale with more Int.
4- Plague's Poison dmg is very poor, almost useless in Legendary, don't focus in it if you don't want to wasted. Just focus on any +%total/elemental/Lightning dmg or any bonus to Int number sources to boost Lightning Bolt dmg. Read my previous post about dmg formula to see how it works. If not, i have no interested to answer anything more.
 - DPS show in character's window still accurate enough for showing how dmg scale with attributes, +%dmg sources.
5- Archon staff of Lightning should be give more Lightning Bolt dmg than Staff of RIme, except your game's bugs. And Lightning Bolt dmg has huge range, randomly. You should testing with lvl1 Lightning Bolt to easier to get more accurate result after some casts.

1- Just typing "recharge" into search box of each items part and see the result. I do that and it show all the gears that have "recharge" word in its details.
2- Evenom Weapon at lvl12/12 give bonus flat 230 poison dmg for weapon or Throwing Knives/Blade Barrier attacks, this poison dmg scale with Dexterity and any +%total/poison dmg, so it's not "nothing in legendary". That's what happen since AE version, if you play with it, it will be the same. Except you still play with original TQ from 2006 or TQ-IT, it will be different because Poison dmg doesn't scale with Dex in it.
Similar with Lightning Bolt and flat dmg bonus to pet. Higher lvl of LB, it deal more dmg, those dmg ofcourse scale with more Int of character or any bonus % to total/Elemental/Lightning dmg. Bonus flat dmg to pet boost pet "weapon attack" (consider as default attack of pet), not skill and it scale with pet stats depend on what type of that bonus flat dmg, get boost by any aura that boost to that specific dmg types.
3- Item's loot table on tq-db.net site just show the highest drop sources, not all drops sources from common enemies (which lower chance to drop).
4- Yes, it increased all Lightning dmg sources of your character except reflect (if it's lightning dmg, Storm has Reflection skill - synergy of Energy Shield skill that give character reflect dmg effect)/retaliation lightning dmg (if you have). All Storm skills that deal Lightning dmg from character will get boost from Static Charge.
5- The dmg formula for any direct elemental dmg is : {Elemental dmg number x [(character total int number : 650) + 1]} + (character total int number x 0.025)} x (100% + total any source of +% total/elemetal/specific elemental dmg type).
Any flat elemental dmg mean 1/3 of that is fire, 1/3 is cold and 1/3 is lightning. I leave the math for you.
