What build makes the best Ice Sharder?

tbh I'm not sure if OA is counted if your damage is 100% elemental, afaik you can't crit with elemental hits, but you can't miss either. Also, I go quite heavy into dex, almost all my builds do just for stonebinders cuffs, as well as for the DA. It's basically a universally good stat.

Higher Oa has 2 effect:
- Melee hits more accurate/less miss.
- More chance to crit, crit more dmg, works with physical/pierce (which convert from weapon dmg via pierce ratio) dmg.

I think a sword is better for this specific build, because you will trigger the shield procs from defense more often than if you were using spears. Unless you can cap attack speed with a spear, in which case that would be better ofc, but that's quite hard to do with a Paladin as they get no bonuses to attack speed from either tree.
