[Paid Request] Updating or create new RNG Overhaul mod

Hello,

I'm looking for someone who's able to either update this mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/titanquestanniversaryedition/mods/7?tab=description
to work with the newest titan quest version including all DLCs or who is able to create such a mod from scratch.
I'm basically looking for a mod that makes monster infrequents, legendaries and epic items more random, similar to the Item Randomizers from games such as Diablo 2.
The original RNG overhaul mod did a great job doing this but I'd like it even more random if possible:
"1) all unique items (legendary and epics) have a chance to roll all and any prefixes and suffixes now!
2) all prefixes and suffixes now have a max 50% stat deviation! (vanilla game has 20% for most)"

I'm willing to pay well if this can be done.

"Copyright law"? Then you're breaking the law by offering these "ILLEGAL" copyright breaking modifications for the game in your forum in the first place.

And yes I can mod the game by myself, I can also cook food by myself and not go to restaurant or sew my own clothes and not buy jeans or tshirts. You can do everything yourself.

Why so offensive? She is telling the truth basically. Mods on here aren't "illegal" because they are made for no profit. Any mod made for profit is considered "selling a product" by the game owners and is therefore illegal.
The forum may be lifeless now but it had its good days. No reason to insult anyone here or the website.

I worked in the copyright department at the BBC for 2 years so yes, I do know what I'm talking about.  The fact that some game devs allow and even encourage modding of their games is something to be thankful for.  They still don't want to see modders making mods for their games and profiting from it.

Or would you prefer online only games with no possibility of modding at all?  Why do you think many companies do this?  To prevent pirating of their games mainly, but also they don't want people making mods for them.
