Ideally you want a full "set" of Bonus to Pets items and those are jewellery and staves.   You'll get plenty of intel from both masteries; the usual route is just to put enough into dex to equip items and the rest into intel. 

I usually just rely on the pets to do all the fighting.  I might use Plague to help them out, but that's it apart from buffs/auras.  You could use Psionic Touch line if you wanted to I guess.

Finally able to take a break from playtesting what feels like everything and give this a go.  Good fun.  Not quite at Megara yet; had 2 crashes.  Been playing all day so might be something to do with long play sessions.  Game just vanished; one minute there, the next it had shut down.

I see we get 3 wolves when they're maxed out; does that apply to other pets like the Nymphs? 

Oh, and please remove the voices from the Nymphs.  They're annoying as hell when you're using Pet Attack with them.  No need for them to have voices at all.

Nope that didn't work either because the folder isn't called legion of champions, it's called LoC.  I had to remove the folders inside that one and put in CustomMaps then deleted the now empty LoC folder.

Also had my F-Secure anti-virus quarantine a couple of the files; had to unquarantine them.

All I can suggest is you see if Soa might have some advice for you since none of the original people working on the mod are around here.

I think they did say there would be.  Certainly you'll be able to adjust the difficulty.

Follow-up: We have an in-game ritual system that will allow you to manipulate the level of enemies (and thus the loot they drop).
