Is there a way to increase gold limit when you sell items to merchant?

Yes, with Art Manager.

For example, sell value in Helos merchant in Normal difficulty is in:
records/item/merchants/greece/01_market_startingtown_general.dbr/Market Config/maxPlayerPurchase
