I didnt expect a Alpha so soon :p! Anyway GZ!

lv 10 almost at Megara. with a spirit and earth combo (classic)

-Isnt possible to add a colour background to the all quest itens ? for exemple the woodsman axe have a white background while the Nessus Spear have a purple, could cause a mistaken when you sell stuff in the npc.

-The mini coredwelers as the tier 1 pets in earth gave a ideia of whan a the Core dweller died it could summon 2-3x mini core dweller for a short period of time, could be fun i think.

-Maybe its to early to speak about it but i think the vision and agroo of skellies archers are bit to extense as you can summon instant as can shoot for a long range /clear a group of monsters .I will kept a eye on then

If you want i can make a new animation by reducing the frames of the idle animation, to make it shorter.

I went through the EE creatures with viewer.exe and that is one of the meshes that I can't see, it's just some attachpoints floating in air. Is it on a horse?

I was looking at the viewer today because I am using the attackable tree mesh today for vultures, crows and dryads and I noticed something. The idle animation for the Dark Obelisk in the montershrine.anm  is 100 frames long, that's like more than 3 seconds. I think this is how the game decides how often Obelisks summon minions. Does any database setting affect idle animations? Like run speed or even total speed? I don't think  so but someone else might have seen something.


Ive been adjusting animation on 3ds max, but i think in the animation dbr you can speed the animation by increasing the numbers  :  "UnarmedAttackIdleAnimSpeed" if is 1.0000 to 3.0000 for exemple i think (?)

I dont think act6 bosses are like in the base game , except maybe for the Ten Suns final boss. I feel they are purple quest monsters , if you know what i mean. I only play it once eh, im not the best person to talk about it as well!

Hey, i remenber in act6 it have a Mounted Terracotta hero, it could appear as well in Orient  ;D

I can't seem to extract the .tex files for the XPack4 meshes. MeshView works but my TextureViewer just errors. Little help?

The old TextureViewer doesnt work on the newest expansion (work until xpak2 or half of it), i wil send you the new version  soon.

potionbuf = poten elixir ? its lv 1 skill the jadebuff should be at lv 4 mastery skill if i think its the correct skill name.

Have you check the link between the AM and TQ in tools.ini ? the xpack4 content is avaliable since 2 updates ago.

Looking cool, like corpse explosion from D2, a tq version of it.

This reminds me with EE  and the possibility to spawn a "pet" on kill, we could see some skellies appear when a monster die  :P

Sadly those mods (old ones) do not work with the current AE version.

Before Ragnarok or Atlantis, most of those mods would work on AE version, but not anymore.

Unless someone ports the mods and convert to current state of the game, that would take a long time..

Your work is trully amazing sauruz. You've taken TQ modding to another level.

Playing since 2006 and far more excited by your upcoming mod than DLC announcements.

Can't wait to see what you will do on other acts, especially considering egypt, orient and norse bestiaries currently need much more love.

By the way do you plan to rerelease an alpha/beta/however you wanna call it - for act I (or more) ?

Im not sure, i wil think about it, one main reason is the period between the acts, it could take 3 months to next act be done or 9 months, its depends, specially on TQ updates (map changes wich i usually update or try to be the same map) or if i have ideias i want to implement same as custom models and animations or possible effects.

It will depend, but if i see everyhting goes well, i can open a discord server or something and share what i have act by act. Of course any news i write here in the foruns first.

HIPPOI KABEIRIKOI (Horses of the Cabeiri) A pair of fire-breathing horses which Hephaistos cast out of bronze for his sons, the two gods known as Kabeiroi.

KAUKASIAN EAGLE (Caucasian Eagle) A giant eagle cast out of bronze by Hephaistos to torture the chained Titan Prometheus.

KELEDONES KHRYSEAI (Golden Celedones) Singing maidens sculpted out of gold by Hephaistos for the first mythic shrine of Apollon at Delphoi.

KOURAI KHRYSEAI (Golden Maidens) A pair of beautiful golden maidens which Hephaistos sculpted out of gold to attend him in his own household.

KUONES KHRYSEOS & ARGYREOS (Gold and Silver Dogs) A pair of watchdogs one crafted out of gold and the other out of silver by Hephaistos for the palace of King Alkinous of the Phaiakians.

TALOS A giant sculpted out of bronze by Hephaistos and presented to Europa Queen of Krete as a wedding present. The giant patrolled the island of Krete protecting it against pirates.

That was the website i took inspiration for the kaukasian eagle warriors and the Hounds  ;D!

I think i know where i can get a  cool machine horse, i will look at it during the next days
