Title: Should I be looking at the fan patch?

I have AE+Ragnarok. Some of the info on skills for TQ was written years ago. I hear references to bugged skills sometimes, wondering if I need to install the fan patch, or if I even can with Ragnarok. I have the GoG version. They sometimes integrate these kinds of patches so maybe it's in there already?

No need, because the Bugfix Fanpatch and spectre's Patch for the Fanpatch were both inlcuded in AE when they made it.
