Hydromancer's Focus - Atlantis

Anyone had this staff drop from the Potamoi? It's in TQ Collector and the TQ Database but the latter doesn't show it dropping from any specific enemies. I've had all the other Hydromancer gear drop and the DB has them in the loot table of the Hero Pliplup and also had it drop from standard caster enemies of that type. Just checking to see if anyone else has actually had it drop or if I can assume it hasn't been implemented into the loot tables properly.

Same would also apply to Triton's Launcher, a bow. Similar to the Hydromancer, not in any specific loot table. Not farmed it as much but I do have all the other Triton items so unsure if I've been unlucky or not.
