in TQAE, rogue.. but any combination can work

PS: I'm actually confused why it's named TQIT masteries instead of TQAE in the masteries section.. i was actually tempted to write something about rogue there but seeing it's named TQIT, then i have no place there :]

botebote77, we're still getting the forum layout finalised, but the general plan is to eventually have 2 separate sections - one for TQIT and one for TQAE - both of which will have their own masteries section since builds/guides will be different depending on which version people are playing.

I'm a bit like sauruz, not sure I have just one favourite out of the masteries.  I enjoy Nature and Storm and Defense mostly, but Hunting is close behind since I like ranged toons.

I like Hunting because range attack is always interesting to play.

i like ranged too that's partly why i like rogue :)  you don't need hunting to be an archer or to be a ranged attacker :)   actually I'm thinking of making a new thread here about my conversation with dlb(yes you buddy if you're reading this) and how he explained how big a nerf scatter shot really took

I love Warfare. I always have to make an effort not to pick it when making a new character.  ::) Dual wield along with Dream, shield bashing along with Defense, let me have that and I'm yours.

Probably Spirit because it has a lot of super interesting abilities. But Earth and Storm are both up there as well!

Haven't voted yet, but I'm really curious about the results, actually.

It's a tough choice. Earth is probably my favorite right now, and with this username I don't think anyone expected anything different. Rune and Storm are the runner-ups. But then I've found all of them pretty fun, so it's a pretty close contest in all respects. There are also a bunch of things I haven't tried, so things might change. I don't find it likely, though.

Who knows? Maybe eventually I'll even cast my vote.

If spirit was actually built as a necromancer class, it would have been definitely my top choice. Since its not the case, I think I'll go with Defense for melee, Storm for caster and Rogue for any radical DOT builds  :)

Not that keen myself, but I have just started a necomancer build in Asylum101's Grim Quest mod for Grim Dawn.  The mod imports the TQ classes into Grim Dawn as well as a lot of the items plus he's changed many things in the TQ masteries as well to fit the GD mould.  So Spirit now has skeletons and a Bone Fiend - pair that with GD's Nercomancer mastery and you can have an undead army at your beck and call.  Spirit gives you 3 skellies, Necromancer gives you up to 8 more and there a Blight Fiend as well if you want to add some poison/acid damage or you can use Bone Harvest to keep the bone theme going.  :) Not very far along with it yet, but I'm hoping to have some good fun with it.
