Do you know if pets still use their skills when the skills are beyond maximum level (between +1 and +4) ? I remember in TQ IT, this was a problem because as soon as you had a skill above the maximum level, pets would cease to use them.
I haven't seen anything on the TQ : AE changelog about this. Has it been fixed ?

It surely doesn't happen anymore. I haven't even heard of this problem before, but pets still use their synergies and base skills no matter which level. I clearly recall Lich King and Outsider using their skills at max level, and I checked just now in Shadow Champions too.

yep this used to be a bug in TQIT.. but iirc my wisp was still casting thunder clap or what its name is so yeah what Torstein said, fixed now

In fanpatch, they didn't have a clean way to solve this because I think you have to fix the code of the game, something only available to the devs.
So they used a trick, they changed pet skills so that the maximum level is equal to the ultimate level. That way the pets used their skills correctly.
The downside being, without +X to skills any player could get the skill to the ultimate level.
