Art Manager / can't find the .dbr skill I created on the list

I'm trying to create a new passive skill for rogue that enables dual wielding so I copied/renamed/tweaked the warfare one as a new skill in the rogue tree.

The problem is that I can't seem to make it work.

I created a "Skill21" in the "ingameUI/player skills/mastery 5/" folder so I can point to the new skill I created, but I can't find it on the list.

The same thing happens when I try to add the new skill to the skill list in the stalthskilltree.dbr file, instead of looking at the root directory if the mod, which contains only a few files, it seems to be looking at another file structure.

I followed the guides to setup working and build directories as best as I could but maybe I did something wrong idk.

How can I fix this?

Hi, I'm a begginner modder.

I'm starting to make a mod that will add lots of new artifacts and other items that will help building hybrid characters.

I followed the guide on how to create a new artifact, but I'm having a few problems:

- How can I quicly test this new artifact ingame?

- I looked at the loottable for artifacts and saw that it is somewhat limited to 30 items that can drop per act?
  I intend to make several artifacts to suit several build possibilities so is there a way I can edit this file and increase the limit?

- I looked at the merchant files to see if I can make it sell my formula, but the fields seem to be only for weapons/armor/scrolls.

- Is there a tutorial somewhere that can help me make or edit an existing merchant to sell my custom formulas?

Any help is appreciated
