Missing Quests

I just installed TQAE a few days after playing TQIT many years ago. It seemed that TQAE took my characters savedata just fine, but I just noticed several quests missing from all of my characters' quest logs. I was able to go back and do several of them, but there are others that I can't. Is there a way to fix this? I looked through TQDefiler to see if it had some sort of quest reset function, but nope.

I need a way to reset quests without resetting the rewards. Anybody have any good news for me?

TQDefiler won't work with the AE version of the game anyway.  Only thing I can suggest is go back to Helos and talk to the guy at the house to the right of the bridge.  I think that was what needed doing when quests got screwed up, but not sure if that was when using any mods or whether it worked in the base game too.  Otherwise I think you're probably screwed.
