How to use the Texture Viewer 1.1 export Eternal Embers .tex files?

In the newest DLC "Titan Quest: Eternal Embers", all the .tex files can not to use the Texture Viewer 1.1 to open/export files, how to solve this problem?

Also texture viewer cant open the Xpak3 (Atlantis) textures anymore.

Maybe the tool needs to be updated Or its a thing that the Devs need to allow (?) im not sure.

I think so too, but the Texture Viewer hasn't been updated for many years.

I made it for myself, but maybe someone will need it. "Converts" textures so that new textures open in Texture_Viewer_1.1.
Drag and drop to .exe or pass the file path as the first argument. It only takes the file as an argument, because in order to convert all the textures from the folder I use .bat.
Upd. There was a download link here, but it was removed from this post, because for some reason antiviruses falsely identified the program as a virus and Google Drive blocked the file for download.

P.S. The program edits the file (replaces) rather than creating a modified copy. So, be careful if this is the only copy of the texture, without backups.
