Welcome to the forum.   :)

What class are you playing in the mod?

Also Bumbleguppy has given up modding the game and now nargil66 is taking over developing a new version of the mod for us to play.

Hey Pazuzu, good to see you again.   :)

I play the Steam version these days since I couldn't get TQ/IT to run on my machine with AE also installed.  I enjoy all the expansions, though the Eternal Embers one is a bit empty of foes in places.

As for what machine to get I'd say a PC over a laptop simply because not only will you be able to run TQ1, but also should be able to run the upcoming TQ2.  Yes,we're getting Titan Quest 2 at last!  Not sure exactly when it's going to be released yet, but the dev team are doing monthly (more or less  ;)) updates on things to do with the game.  We had a blog on the music for the game in December and in the last few days another blog about world design.  We don't yet have the actual minimum/recommended specs for the game so take the 16/32 gb ram with a pinch of salt.

You could have a look at this old guide for a Guardian.

Note that the link to kimiziperfect no longer works as that site's been closed down.

Well, it really depends on how you want to play.  As a Guardian pets are more in a support role I guess so you set them to Defensive stance so they stay near you to help protect you.  You could add Shield Charge from Defense so you smash into distant foes before you start hitting them with Batter.  Or you could use the Plague line to help reduce foes' physical resistance.

Happy (hopefully TQ2 2024 release) New Year everyone.   :)

Happy Yuletide everyone.

Templar maybe?  Or the newer masteries - Runemaster and Neidan combined with Defense.

Updated stormyboy and good luck with the rest of Legendary.   :)

Soothsayer or Conjurer would both be good to start with.  Look for items with Bonus to Pets on them.

Those are way out of date now.  This is the latest one that Bumbleguppy did for the mod.

However, BG has decided to give up modding the game and passed the torch for this mod over to Nargil66 who's working on a new version for us to enjoy.  You can follow the development of it here.

That puts you top of the leaderboard.  Congrats!  :)

Strange that Ragnarok is giving you so much trouble.  Which version of Xmax are you using?

I'm not a modder, but far as I know you can't, simple as that.  If you want to play any type of mod you must click on the Custom Map option whether it's a bounce mod or not.

Depends on what you're looking for.  Xmax mods can allow you to increase mobs/hero spawns from x2 up to x10 if you want.  Other mods can change masteries.  Most are available on Steam workshop.
