Title: undead absorbation removel

hi guys
i realy want to play poison centerd build
is there a way to remove the poison absorbation for undead and such?
is there a tool like skyrim ck?

You don't even need a tool. Use weapon-swap to switch for a weapon with stats or relic dealing more damage to undeads.

i currently  learning to use art manager but for the love of god i cant find the absorb value :(

I wish I could help you with this, but I have no experience on modding.. I wonder if @koderkrazy saw this topic..

Anyway, if this happens, this will be a dream come true cause I have always wanted to build a poison/bleed char more than anything as well..

first of all welcome to the TQ modder's club  :))
All creatures who have characterRacialProfile=Undead are undead. Like skeletons, zombie, ghosts, ancestrals, mummy, wraith, spectre, abbysalliche, drawned sailors, lostsouls, draugs, some bosses etc.

Then look in the 'Skill Tree' section of the monster for passive skills like Resist_xyz.dbr. Yup, developers didn't add poison, bleed, life resist on monsters directly, they added passive skills...
These are main such skills:
Records\Skills\Monster Skills\Defense\Resist_Undead.dbr - Description in comment section of the file says: 50% Life / 1000% Life Leech / 1000% Bleeding res & 70% Poison Absorb
In this skill look for damageAbsorbtionPercent:70 and poisonDamageQualifier:1

records\skills\monster skills\defense\resist_ghost.dbr -  50% Life / 1000% Life Leech / 1000% Bleeding / 1000% Poison res & 60% Physical+Pierce Absorb
In this file look for defensivePoison:1000

If you modify these most of the undead will get affected. But not all.., people like Toxeus have got some more special skills.

art manager is such a cool tool
i spent few hours  modding my game
its amazing you can do everything and its so easy
from cutting recharge time to shoot 3 molten orbs

That mod better also halves all poison damage then, though, in oder to bring it in line with other damage types that have no downside.

I think the simplest way would be migrating all the undead into magical creatures' category.. no more poison, bleed or vitality immune beings in the game..

I've searched for a bit if Greek Mythology did include any undead in itself at all and didn't seem to find anything other than some old Greek cultures mentioning vampires and how people used to fear them.. but I've never considered vampires as undead to begin with so there should be no place for undead in this game..

But then there is Act V... damn Norse myth has draugr all over the place.. can't say anything here cause they officially play a big part in that mythology.. I was actually very happy with it while playing Skyrim, but here, hell no...

i can understand poison an bleeding..but vitality ?

why they are immune at vitallity dmg ? i can see in game , my vitality staff does almost no dmg vs undead/ghost.

My guess is because they dead.  Vitality suggests living and they're not any more.
