Struggling to get controls working on Asus ROG.

I've tried everything but I can't get any controls to work and other users seem to have found a way for their rogs or steam decks to use the built in key pad or a controller. I can't find anything so any help would be appreciated. I really wanna play the new dlc but I only ever played on console and it was a bad port to say the least. Thanks in advance

I thought you are talking about that game is not working on laptop, but I see there seems to be smartphones and maybe more devices, so for start post all info and specs about your device and maybe someone will know how to help you.

I said I'm using an Asus ally Rog. It's a handheld pc, it's on the higher end of the market in comparison to steam decks. And z1 extreme CPU, LPDDR5 16GB Ram, windows 11. It's handheld and I can't figure out why I can't get the Rog keypad or any type of controller to work. I've looked at every guide,. Done what others have done that has apparently worked and nothing. It shouldn't be this difficult to get some nostalgia and bash out a new dlc dude
