Hello all and Merry Christmas (to any that this wish may apply ^^)
I've come across some items (jewelry, gear, artifacts, etc) with an obscene set of stats! I mean this in every possible way: loooooong list of them, ridiculous values, etc. Since I've seen more than a couple of this and even got handed one (as a gift -.-) I have been trying to find out HOW these items are produced. I read a couple of posts (here and elsewhere) and experimented a bit, but in all honesty I cannot understand how these items were made. I'm attaching an image of a 'modded' (for lack of a better word) Reforged Amulet of Thoth (legendary). The list is so long that the name and top few lines of the description are simply off the screen!
Any clues/hints/behind the scenes anyone?
