How to transfer items from items mod to a character

I created a character for itemus , but after I picked up the items I want I put them in the caravan some items in the storage area and some other in the transfer area, then I logged out of the game and signed in to titan quest anniversary and picked one of my characters  , went to the caravan but none of the items were there, also in tqvault I  have check the box for mods, so it showed the itemus  mod. Can anyone  explain how to transfer items from itemus to a regular character? Thanks
