I sincerely hope it is cookies in the box. I could go for a warm chocolate chip cookie.

* Neonimus takes a closer look at the box. No opening seems to be present at the box. Frustrated from finding out this fact Neonimus sits back and bends over the bar to grap the bottle of cinnamon liqour only to bump into the mysterious box!*


*On the box the following words appear on the box in bright yellowish colour:*

"To open me a riddle must be solved by thee"

*Neonimus blinks surprised and the words change... *

What is black when you buy it, red when you use it and gray when you throw it away?

Typhon:
Neonimus has been a naughty child and receives that, from Santa, which all naughty kids receive.
Spoiler for Hiden: a.k.a charcoal, although burned cookies might do the trick  :P

NeonimusX:
*When the box hears Typhon's answer it disappears from the bar and appears before Typhon*



Who dares answer me!? Pain it will be for thee!

*A chunk of charcoal comes crashing down from the ceiling above Typhon's high hat covered head. While another drops from above the bar crashing into the surface of the bar*
