Juggernaut - physical based tank
« on: 29 January 2026, 08:03:12 »
Trying to do it with hc 0 death and untwinked. For earth mastery, what should I take for physical juggernaut?

This is an old Irma2 build, but might still give you some guidance.

Juggernaut - http://www.titancalc.com/TitanCalc.asp?mastery=Juggernaut&master1=1&master2=5&sa=21&m1=32-12-0-8-1-0-1-1-16-0-1-8-0-0-1-1-0-12-1-8-0-0&m2=32-8-1-0-6-1-1-8-6-6-6-1-6-0-6-8-2-6-12-1-6-0-0
As with all Earth physical damage builds, only max out Earth Enchantment if you use VO or Eruption quite a bit and feel that you want the extra Fire damage. You can leave EE at 1 if you’re not using spells a lot.

Seems very good Medea, thank you. Not sure now but if I remember correct, volatility increases physical damage too. So can max it. Also no need of golem I do believe.

Man I really missed that game.. now playing pet soothsayer just remembering the whole game and quests, it's easy to play you know. Even with a trial run, running it 0 death of course haha. Only way to have fun in these typenof games. Was doing exactly the same even while was playing Skyrim!

Medea, I have several questions.

1) For physical juggernaut, does my physical damage increase VO and eruption's physical damage too?

2) Which one do you prefer? I'ma go with either of them. I mean VO or eruption.

3) Volatility got upgraded after AE and it increases percentage of physical too along with fire. So in Irma's build, he leaved 1 pt but I have to max it, correct?

4) For defensive skills, I am not fan of batter but even altho it boosts small percentage of physical damage, do you personally use it or only shield charge? If I use batter as my LMB, it's gonna suck my mana pool so fast I believe.

5) Adrenaline and rally.. no questions needed actually but again, do you personally go with both and max?

Been a while since I played any Juggernaut and never as a physical one particularly.

1) No idea.

2) I always prefer Volcanic Orb over Eruption, but that's just because VO has a shorter cooldown.

3) Again no idea.  You can if you want to and have the points for it.

4) Never really used batter myself.

5) Adrenaline yes I use that, Rally no, again because of the long cooldown.

Want to thank you for all of your help, Medea. Just got epic with my physical juggernaut. It was easy. Prolly just because of items that I found and almost never did farm. Resistances are capped except physical. The only problems were Dactyls, they hit hard. A4 was easier than I thought. I uninstalled Ragnarok, Atlantis and Eternal Embers before I played, I did not like them at all. Ragnarok was ok tho, maybe I can add it in the future but I like this game as TQAE.

Anyway thank you again. My zero death challenge is going pretty good for now even altho I always think that juggernaut is a bit weak char. Idk if you agree tho.

Not played a Juggernaut much and when I did I was more fire based than physical.  Defense is a strong mastery though so should be good.

Died in epic anyway.. meh..

Medea, poison build with spirit is viable in AE? Spirit is just for pets and vs undead benefits.

Can be I guess.  Any build can be viable if you build it correctly.

Ya I think same so.. but I play 0 death challenge so can be a bit tricky.. however I'll give it a go!

Also will def try cap recharge with outsider + ancestrals spellbreaker. I always wanted to have but I play kinda rush so ended up with dying always.. if I can be patient, that can be viable as well I believe.
