Artefact :Scroll of Oneiros
« on: 17 May 2018, 20:22:04 »
Hello,

Theres a small issue about that artefact, it needs athena essence ( relic ), but from what i see it drops only on act 4 ( Hades act), while the artefact drops in early act 1.

its from last version, vanilla AE.

Cheers

:) That sounds all wrong. Scroll of Oneiros should require Dionysus' Wineskin, Spectral Matter, and Demon's Blood.

I've got both the Arcane Formula and the completed Artifact in my TQ Vault.

Um, haven't looked at it ingame, but looking at the formula in TQVault it doesn't say it needs Athena.  And Aegis of Athena should drop in Greece according to the TQCollector.  Collector says the scroll drops in Egypt, even though it's an L5 item so sounds as if something somewhere is wrong.

No

The mod changed the ingredients, if you see its MOD  selection not vanilla game

BG moved the athena relic into act 4 duo of lack shield relic to use.

Sorry sauruz, didn't see which section the thread was in.  If that's the case then that's something that will need correcting if he ever takes up working on the mod again.  It's a bit silly to have an L5 Artifact requiring an ingredient that doesn't drop until Act 4.

Only way out of it if you don't want to wait for it to drop is do you have TQVault and do you have a complete or partial Athena in it?  If so duplicate or complete/duplicate it and get it that way.

It's not that uncommon in the base game either as the molten orb artifact (also level 5) needs rigid carapace which only drops in Acts II and III

And both Molton Orb and Scroll of Oneiros are Act II drops as well according to the Collector.  They only drop in Egypt it says.

:) Oops! Sorry about that, sauruz. Guess I need to pay better attention next time before I open my big mouth.
