There are two souls of Act 3 tigermans - mage and bowman.

Requirements of first one seems a bit strange. Pierce damage hunter shouldn't have such amount of intelligence.
PS Found much more souls but forget from who was they dropped.
PSS First time posting photos, sorry if something is incorrect.

1st one could be changed. Because the soul had no drawback, I added Intelligence req to be able to benefit from -X% recharge.
Ideally, the soul should have a drawback, and only Dexterity required. Maybe level req could be lower too.
Second one, maybe reduce level req too.

Hi, i have a question about boss ? How much resistance does boss have ? Yesterday, i got new start with a cold mage (storm+nature). It's fine in act 1 and 2, but in act 3 when i hit Yeti boss, he didn't get any damage although my own damage was 500. Can't complete this quest with ice orb.

His cold resistance is approx 55/72/90% (Normal/Epic/Legendary).
In Normal, the boss should have around 11140 HP, and 41 HP regen/s.
So I don't see why it would be impossible.
You may try to lower his resistance with Susceptibility (Plague modifier) or Thunder Clouds (Squall modifier).
