Q1. Monster infrequents' affixes are invisible. Has anyone confirmed an implied tinkerer suffix on an Atlantis monster infrequent? If not, is it basically certain that it can happen? eg. Redfist Jerkin with the implied invisible tinkerer suffix.
Q2. Some legendary jewellery can have affixes. Has anyone confirmed a tinkerer suffix on these (black pearl, jade, etc?) If not, is it possible? Do these even drop in Atlantis?
Q3. Yes this only DROPS in Atlantis, but tinkerer sounds an awful lot like crafting to me. Has there been any case of rigorous testing where the Legendary Craftsmanship side-quest yields a tinkerer suffix? Is it possible?

Tinker suffix only can appear in green itens only found in Atlantis. I beleive MIs found in there are affect by this.
No legendary jewel are affected by this suffix. Forge cant reproduce such effect. Because enchanting legendarys/magic is require some code editing ingame
Tinker can be useful to get a particular resistance up, like double demon blood for vitality resistance. it have some values and some cons.
edit: There are some itens in Atlantis that are bugged/blank do not drop right now. i might be wrong tho.

Tyvm for the quick response. You have saved me a lot of grief. At the risk of going off topic, though this is tangentially related, is there a comprehensive list of affixes which indicates what affixes can drop in an Act, & which will not?
Eg:
1. Tinkerer only drops in Atlantis.
2. Veteran's & Mammoth only appear on arm & leg armor in Ragnarok.

I don't think so, but Veteran's can and will drop anywhere in the game or should unless Nordic changed it from the original game.

1. Yes.
2. That's one you said is for Act1to act4. Veteran's prefix and Mammoth suffix appear on all part armors in Ragnarok (maybe that's the DEV's issue, and maybe Atlantis too ::) )

So I hear a lot of people saying which affixes can & can't drop. Is this just anecdotal, or can I find this information online in detail? I know where I can find lists of affixes, but I've never seem any specification as to which can & can't drop in which acts. For example, tq database still lists veterans as chest only, and mammoth as helm & chest only, despite my possession of "veterans of the mammoth" arm & leg gear.
