Title: About auto-attack procs

I found divergent info about this topic, someone can answer me this for sure?

I understand procs dont occurs simultaneously in a single hit, but how this work exactly. If i have 3 procs with 10% chance it means the third one will happen only in 1/10*1/10*1/10 of the times? And what defines what proc is calculated first?
