PSE editor is one of the crucial tool for modding, as we can edit and create new particules effects used for skills and environments.

I will write it up, but so far.

Its impossible to see any particules from  xpak 1 to xpak4 (except the base game) as its show invisible or hard to notice in the pse editor , but its showing ingame correctly.

The program always crash when you close it.
