Anniversary Edition - General discussion / I transferred some items from inventory to TQ Vault and it seems they are gone

As usual, I moved a few items (3 or 4 I think) from the character's inventory to TQ Vault, and then click on the auto-sort button in the vault, but it did not work.
I close the vault and opened it again but the items were missing... the problem is that for me, they were very imporant.
Did anyone have this problem? There is some kind of fix to this? Or are they lost forever?
Steam cloud was disabled, and the vault's version was 3.8.0. I upgrade it now to 3.9.0 but the items are still gone.
